Basuto Medical Centre is an established, CQC-regulated private GP practice in Parsons Green. Our practice is structured around prompt access, adequate consultation time and clear clinical follow-through: patients should be able to access experienced medical care quickly, have enough time to explain what is going on properly, and leave knowing what happens next.

How much is a private GP consultation?
A standard 30-minute consultation is £150. This includes prescriptions, referrals and follow-up plan.
Are blood tests included in the consultation fee?
The consultation includes the GP assessment and blood draw. Lab processing costs may be additional depending on the tests ordered. The practice will advise on costs before tests are arranged.
Is membership worth it?
If you expect to use the practice more than once or twice a year, membership usually offers better value and convenience. Access membership starts from £30/month.
Do you accept health insurance?
