At Basuto Medical Centre, we believe good general practice should still feel personal. We have been caring for patients in Fulham and Parsons Green since 1990, offering private GP appointments for adults, children and families who want prompt access to a doctor and the reassurance of continuity over time.
Some patients come to us with something new that has come up suddenly. Others want help with an ongoing health concern, a blood test, screening, travel advice, women’s health support or family care. Whatever brings you in, we try to make the process feel clear from the start.
Our consultations are 30 minutes as standard. That gives your doctor time to listen properly, examine you if needed, explain what they think is going on, and talk through the next step. If you need a prescription, referral, medical letter, blood test or follow-up, these can often be arranged as part of the same visit.
You do not need to be registered with us to book. There is no catchment area and no waiting list. Many patients first see us for a one-off concern and then decide later whether they want ongoing care with the practice.

Basuto Medical Centre is an established, CQC-regulated private GP practice in Parsons Green.
